Our CEO started Mt. Baker Window Cleaning Co. as twenty-four old visionary with very little resources. Hard work, honesty, and reliability quickly helped us scale our company to be one of the largest and top-rated exterior cleaning companies in the area. Mission Statement: Here at Mt. Highly Trained and Highly Paid Technicians

All of our technicians go through two weeks of training that covers everything from customer service to technical washing. Even after that they are continually mentored by their lead technician until they are ready to run their own crew. We pay our technicians above industry standard because we believe happy technicians will take care of your home like it is their own. Our crews text you when they are on the way and show up in uniforms and on time so your day isn’t interrupted by our service. At the end of every job our lead technician will walk you around the house to show you the great job they did and/ or point out any items of concern you should know about. We always strive for greatness in our work in hopes you will have us the following year to clean your home again.

Baker 542 Ride Team

We are dedicated to our clients, our employees, and our community. Bellingham is primarily a community of outdoor recreators and appreciators of nature which leads us to the start of our company. Mt. Baker Window Cleaning Co. was founded because our CEO was looking for a job that would allow him to spend more time outdoors and fund his love for snowboarding, mountain biking, and snowmobiling. Our workplace culture has since attracted climbers, skiers, white water kayakers, mountaineers, wilderness first responders, and others. When the time came to donate back to our community, we asked our clients whom they would like us to support. We heard back from the Baker 542 Ride team and thought they would be a perfect fit! All of us here at Mt. Baker Window Cleaning Co. are working to do the things we love, and now we get to help more people in our community get outside to enjoy this incredible place we call home.
